Internship — Event Logistics & Communication Assistant
Antwerp Design Market is always looking for motivated interns to help us organise our editions. Whether in event logistics or communication, join a passionate team and help bring Antwerp Design Market to life. Fluency in Dutch is essential for this internship.
In practice, during your internship, you will be involved in the following tasks:
Tasks — Event logistics
- Exhibitor support: telephone hotline and handling of specific requests
- Sending exhibitor guides and announcements via mailings and press releases
- Event coordination: logistical support and liaison with technical service providers
- Recruitment and management of staff during the event
- Presence throughout the event: welcoming exhibitors, hotline, deliveries, liaising with providers
Tasks — Communication
- Regular website updates, with the Project Manager
- Mailings: database creation, newsletters, statistics tracking
- Animation: daily publications, sponsored campaigns, community engagement
- Press: press kits, media kits, press releases and relations
- Digital communication strategy: editorial calendar (Instagram, TikTok), web banners
- Media partnerships: influencers, blogs, design platforms
Profile
Final year Bachelor's/Master's student (communication, cultural management, marketing, public relations or similar).
Skills
Fluent French and English (Dutch a real asset) · Strong grasp of social media · Office & Adobe Creative Suite · Excellent writing skills.
